Reservations
Call (843) 671-1800 to make your reservation. We will ask for a credit card number to hold the reservation. Private charters will require a 50%
deposit at the time of booking to confirm date and time. All published schedules are subject to change.

Cancellations
Guests can cancel up until 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip with no penalty. Within 24 hours of a scheduled trip, if a guest has to cancel,
s/he will forfeit one-half of the total ticket price. ** HOLIDAYS are different: the policy extends to 72 hours prior to the departure time.

Cheers Charters, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time. Causes for cancellation include but are not limited to current or forecast
unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on the vessel. In the event Cheers Charters, Inc. cancels a trip, guests may reschedule, or may
receive a full refund if any monies were collected. Cheers Charters, Inc. also reserves the right to end any trip before its scheduled completion
time for any reason, at the vessel captain’s sole discretion. Sorry, no refunds for any trip lasting longer than 45 minutes.

If guests have ordered any catering, they will be required to pay for it (but should plan to pick it up and eat it!)

Policies
We respectfully request that all children under the age of 7, or who cannot swim, wear a vest-style life jacket which we will provide.

The Captain’s decisions and authority are final and will be completely endorsed by Cheers Charters, Inc.. Cheers Charters, Inc. will not tolerate
any behavior which is offensive, or which could jeopardize the safety of the guests, crew or vessel.

For large private groups, a 10% gratuity will automatically be added to the ticket price.
